Repairs/Maintenance/Furniture Transportation Requests

Dear Campus Director,

Starting January 2026, we are implementing a new system to manage all repair, maintenance, and work requests across all campuses.

For each request, please:

  • Upload one close-up photo showing the specific repair or issue

  • Upload one wide photo to help identify the location

  • If needed, upload a third photo
  • Provide a detailed description and Include the LOCATION of the requested repair or work

  • Select the priority level

  • Indicate a tentative due date

  • Add any additional comments that may be helpful or any other remarks

Please submit only ONE repair or maintenance issue per work order.

If you have multiple issues, create separate requests for each one.
This helps us:

  • Assign the correct priority

  • Track progress more accurately

  • Resolve urgent items faster
